Graignamanagh 5-6 James Stephens 4-6 Well done to the clubs young giants who fought magnificantly to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat in the second half of extra time .We lead by 8 at half time and looked comfortable but 2 early goals from our much vaunted opponents had us on the back foot and they eventually put up a 3pt lead ,however a master stroke from managers Seamus and Golly by citing Robert Doyle to full back proved to be the turning the point in the match. It was by no means a one man show but,Robert gave the display of his life and it was one his long reliving clearences that lead to the equalising free which was scored by Lee Kinsella.James stephens started extra time the better and we turned around a point down but a Michael Cody goal and Bill O Brien point ensured victory and with our u-10s claiming victory in Paulstown it was a Super Saturday for Graignamanagh.
get it out will yas
fans are pleased at half time |
