Graignamanagh 1-10 Emeralds i-16

A debacle of a first half in which we only managed 3 pts to our opponents 11,left us with a mountain to climb in the second half Half time could not come quickly enough for our managment and when it did Manager timmy let his troops what he thought and like FR Murphy of days gone by he stirred up his troops with a warning cry.and we came out a new team for the second half and we reduced the arrerars to just 1pt with 12 minutes remaining ,But we could not keep up the momentem and the Men from emeralds managed to sneak a goal and 2pts witthout reply and ran out deserving winners in the end.The Graig fans were left wondering what might have had been if we had to appear for the first haLf

Forgot to show up for first half

Half forward under pressure in action fro final

Hard luck also to minors who went down to Mooncoin in extra in Thomastown on Sunday morning. With the teams level at 1-8 each at the end of normal time mooncoin proved the stronger in the extra 20 mins and won on a scoreline of 2-12 to 1-10.Managment of this team were under considerable pressure from the crowd but the players responded and gave there all considering Mooncoin beat us out the gate in the league the can be very happy with there efforts.

HARD LUCK TO MINORS BUT MANAGERS JOB IS ON THE LINE
