Graignamanagh 2-11 Kilmacow 1-13

A brilliant game of hurling in Glenmore tonight as Our junior team snatched victory from the jaws of defeat in the Southern league final  .3 pts down with 6 minutes to go we  were definatley  on a life support machine but 4 unanswered 3 by Padraig Whelan and 1 from ageless Subsistute Michael Dunne showed that we were not dead.We started the better team and lead by 2-2 0-1 after 10 minutes but fair play to kilmacow they never gave up and were playing the better hurling and deserved to lead by 1-13 2-7 until the  final 6 mins when our  players realised the that life support machine was about to be turned off ,but credit to the barrowboys who never gave up ,To Be fair to our opposition no body could have any complaints if the Ref made a draw of what was a truly wonderful display by both teams of how the ancient game should be played
